Our story
Built around one idea: the team who quotes the job is the team who builds it.
Ridgeline Carpentry & Construction was started in 2016 by Alex — a working carpenter with 15+ years on site — after one too many homeowners told him the same story: a glossy sales pitch, a vague price, a rotating cast of subcontractors, and a finish that fell well short of the brochure. We were built to be the opposite of that.
Today we're a small family team — brothers and dad working side-by-side — delivering turnkey loft conversions, garage conversions, conservatory roof conversions, garden rooms and structural carpentry across Greater Manchester, Merseyside, Lancashire, Cheshire, Yorkshire, Derbyshire and Staffordshire. We help homeowners who don't want to move house but need more space, more value, or a better-working layout.
We specialise in projects where build quality, structural detailing and finish actually matter — which is most of them. The same hands that walk your property at survey are the hands fixing the steels, hanging the doors and handing you the keys.
